Boutique Hotel Club is independent, unaffiliated with any chain, and deliberately smaller — 400 hand-picked properties. Cancel within the deadline and your deposit returns in full. No platform booking fees or hidden penalties added by the Club. Can I pick my exact room?

Most hotels list room categories rather than specific room numbers — the hotel assigns the specific room within the category on arrival, often allocating better rooms to Club members where possible. If you have a strong preference (a specific suite, sea-view side, top-floor) tell us when you book or via the Private Rates Concierge — we'll request directly with the hotel, though final allocation depends on availability on the day.
