The hotel has set a target of €10,000 annually for MSF, and offers guests the option to add a donation of their choice during the booking checkout process. Few Greek luxury hotels carry this depth of structural philanthropic positioning — and the donation flows directly from the bookings through the hotel's own website (not third-party platforms), making the booking-direct approach itself a verifiable contribution to MSF's lifesaving work.
The Private Candlelight Dinner on the exclusive balcony — fresh flowers, personal waiter, champagne, sunset, Esperisma's chef serving from the award-winning menu — is the property's signature romantic-occasion arrangement. Couples celebrating engagements, anniversaries, honeymoons or vow renewals use the balcony arrangement as the centrepiece evening of their Santorini stay.

• Rizes Gastro Taverna sits just steps further along the cliff — an upscale interpretation of the traditional Greek gastro taverna register. Farm-to-table ingredients drawn from the Aestian network of local Santorini producers, underground wine cellar with curated Santorini and Cycladic wines, wine and olive oil tastings paired with authentic dishes, long marble communal table for tasting experiences.
