At night, the Sky Dome transforms into a private stargazing lounge—with blankets, local wine, and zero light pollution, it feels like you’ve rented the sky itself.

Arriving at Santorini Sky feels like stepping into another layer of the island—one where silence, space, and sky take center stage. The drive climbs steadily past vineyards and sleepy villages until the villas appear, perched high above the Aegean like a secret retreat. Check-in was seamless, with a warm welcome and cool drinks before being shown to our villa: minimalist, elegant, and impossibly bright, with a plunge pool gazing straight into the horizon.

Our days slipped by slowly—morning yoga on the terrace, long breakfasts with Greek pastries and mountain air, then lazy afternoons floating in the heated pool or dozing in the sun. The Sky Dome was a standout: we booked a private sunset dinner and watched the stars appear, one by one, through the glass ceiling.

Evenings were peaceful, lit by candles and soft music from the in-villa Marshall speaker. We never once missed the bustle of Oia. When it was time to leave, we packed slowly, reluctant to say goodbye to the sky, the stillness, and the sense that for a few days, we had the mountain to ourselves.
